In an era characterised by digitalization and increased efficiency, Jan Braunschweiler, CEO and founder of Neo One, emphasises the importance of personal connections for customer and employee loyalty. In a company that serves around 300 customers a year with 30 dedicated employees, the focus is not only on digital processes, but also on being close to the people behind the shops – always with creative support from cadolino.
“As an IT service provider, our daily lives are of course strongly digital,” explains Braunschweiler. “That’s why we see it as all the more important to cultivate a personal relationship with our customers through direct conversations and special gestures outside of the purely IT product use.” Neo One relies on extensive investments in communication. This is demonstrated not only by customer visits and dialogues, but also by events and gifts that are far more than just the usual scattered items. “One of our most remarkable customer campaigns was the ‘Knaller’ campaign,” Braunschweiler says. “With the slogan ‘you are the banger’, we gave our customers a bottle of champagne with a personal note to match it. We developed this campaign, like many others, together with the cadolino team, who put our values and goals into practice in a creative and tactile way. Ultimately, these are the things that customers remember – they convey our appreciation on an interpersonal level.”
Digital with a human touch: For employees and customers alike
Despite the digital orientation of Neo One’s products, Braunschweiler emphasises the importance of empathy and personal commitment on the part of employees, especially those in direct contact with customers. “Through extensive discussions, we understand the needs and potential uncertainties of our customers,” he explains. However, this communication requires a human base, with both the customer and the employees. Because Neo One places a high value on strong team cohesion, the company invests in campaigns, events and recognition for both employees and customers alike.
