Even before the first match in the new Pilatus Arena kicked off, the stands showed what this club is all about: a strong sense of belonging. Thousands of fans wore blue and white – and among them were the fan scarves we had the pleasure of producing for HC Kriens-Luzern.
The HC Kriens-Luzern fan merchandise made its first appearance at the opening of the Pilatus Arena. In front of 4,060 spectators, a scarf suddenly became more than a piece of fabric. It connected the people in the stands and made the club colours visible throughout the arena.
A fan scarf is not only about how it looks. It needs to feel right, be worn with pride and reflect the identity of the club at first glance. Together with HC Kriens-Luzern, we created a scarf that does exactly that.
As the arena filled and more blue-and-white scarves appeared in the stands, the product became part of this special opening night. That is the power of good merchandising: it does not simply accompany an event – it becomes part of the memory.
Fan merchandise creates a connection between a club and the people who support it. Scarves are wrapped around shoulders before a match, held high after a victory and often kept for many years. That is why we do not develop merchandise by starting with the product. We start with the club, its fans and the moments that bring them together.
Many thanks to HC Kriens-Luzern for their trust. It was a pleasure to be part of the opening of the Pilatus Arena with our fan scarves.
